**App:** Zero Scan

## Delete documents stored on your device

Scanned documents, photos, and PDFs are stored in the app's private area on your device. They are not uploaded to Zero34Labs servers.

### Delete selected documents

1. Open Zero Scan.
2. Select one or more documents in the document list.
3. Choose **Delete** and confirm.

### Delete all local app data

- **iOS:** Touch and hold the Zero Scan icon, choose **Remove App**, then **Delete App**.
- **Android:** Open **Settings > Apps > Zero Scan > Storage > Clear data**, or uninstall the app.

These actions permanently delete local documents. Export any files you want to keep first.

## Advertising and subscription data

Zero Scan does not provide an app account. The free version uses Google AdMob, and subscriptions use Apple App Store or Google Play with RevenueCat. These providers may retain limited technical or transaction data under their own policies and legal obligations.

- You can reset or delete the advertising identifier from your device privacy or advertising settings.
- Available advertising privacy choices can be reopened from Zero Scan settings.
- Subscription and payment history is managed in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Legally required transaction records may remain after the app is deleted.
- For a request concerning RevenueCat data, email zero34labs@gmail.com and state whether you use Android or iOS. We may request the anonymous app user identifier needed to locate the record.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, receipts containing personal information, or promotion codes by email.
